First course of MaktabeTehran workshops The first course was started in 2010 under supervision of Jalal Tehrani. Many instructors worked on different tecniques related to theater with the trainees. Workshops are programed along with the master classes. Trainees participate in master classes to learn specific skills in addition to the workshops in which consist of supplementary subjects. They would also operate their plays by the of the festival. The main point of Jalal Tehrani's work is that he tries to teach the trainees the tecniques of theater. Theater in his definition is form. "Theatrical form means harmonic placement". He thinks the only needed condition for operating theater is skill and components of the skill are tecniques. He tries to teach the tecniques to the trainees. In his mind,"master classes are a place for practicing the needed skills.

Third Course of MaktabeTehran workshops Third course was held in 2012 under the supervision of Jalal Tehrani with cooperation of Iranian Artists Forum. The process of "Idea" to "operation" with the main subject of " Mezzanine" A group of instructors worked with the trainees and the trainees works were operated by the end of the course.

Fifth course of MaktabeTehran workshops was held in 2013. The subject of this course was "Dramatic Situation". In this course the workshops were held in three general groups; a) Inclusive Workshops: this course was programed for the trainees who had participated in the whole three months master classes. These workshops included different parts such as; acting, directing, play writing, music, graphics and criticism. b) Extensive Workshops: the trainees of the inclusive workshops could attend in extensive workshops relating to their classes. c) Master Classes: these classes were held independent around the course subject; "Dramatic Situation". By the end of the festival, trainees came on the stage of MaktabeTehran with their works.

Seventh course of workshops in MaktabeTehran was held in 2014 and the main subject of the course was "The Reality". Five main courses were acting, play writing, directing, graphics and story writing. The trainees works were performed on the stage of MaktabeTehran by the end of the festival.

Tenth course of workshops was held in 2017. The subject of this course was "The relation between Modernity and fall of Modern Art". The workshops of this course was instructed by Jalal Tehrani. In this course the plays of Harold Pinter were studied and analyzed as the latest writer of Modern dram. By the end of this course, trainees performed their works on the stage of MaktabeTehran and the pieces were chosen from Pinter, Eugene Ionesco, Beckett and Mamet. These works were performed for public on the stage of MaktabeTehran.
